Born in Shanghai in 1985, after studying animation design at the Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts, she moved to Paris to study fashion design at Studio Berçot. In 2012, she began her career as a textile designer, working for six years at the studio of French textile artist/designer Marion Chopineau, contributing to renowned fashion brands such as Maison Margiela, Balenciaga, and Louis Vuitton.
In 2018, she transitioned to become a professional artist. Since 2019, she has been represented by Galerie Capazza in France and by Landblink Visible Light Art Space in China as of 2023. Her work "Infection N.01 2019" was acquired by the Joseph Déchelette Museum in Roanne, France in 2023.
Working with porcelain, she approaches her art like a laboratory researcher, developing her creations by exploring and blending materials and techniques. Her inspiration draws from themes of fragility, sensitivity, romanticism, instability, unexpectedness, and imperfection. The artist aims to visualize this relatively abstract creative state through semi-revealed works, simultaneously exploring the relationship between objects and audience perception.
Her works blend various shades of grey, each with subtle differences yet tending towards overall harmony. These nuanced and subdued tones evoke the aesthetic of moderation and balance found in Eastern philosophy. Some pieces incorporate relief elements, blurring the line between sculpture and painting, conveying a sensation that is semi-clear yet semi-obscure, emphasizing themes of light and shadow.
